The community is very quiet and safe. If you value any of the things I mentioned then I recommend you stop wasting your time with other complex’s and visit The Clairborne.”

“The Clairborne apartments have been the best neighborhood I’ve ever experienced in my life. They exceeded expectations concerning maintenance no rodents roaches no white appliances. Gym is always spotless the coffee machine helps me throughout my work at home days. This experience is definitely giving me Garden of Eden vibes. Try it for yourself you won’t be disappointed. God as my witness! They give grace until the 5th of the month to make payments just make sure to not take advantage of that and be a responsible adult and they will continue to do their part to upkeep your unit as well as the complex. Very beautiful scenery all my packages arrive safely nobody steals here it’s giving LUXURY YET AFFORDABLE. Here to stay until my future husband comes to rescue me from the single life. In due time! Thanks again Clairborne apartments for putting your residents first. Garden tubs in the master bathroom spacious rooms high ceilings spacious patios in the 2 bedroom units. Very grateful!”

“We had the pleasure of working with Colette, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Colette was very professional and patient throughout the entire leasing process. She answered all of our questions and provided clear explanations every step of the way, I highly recommend working with her. I will update my review once we get our keys. Been here for almost a year. I absolutely love living in this apartment and have had a great experience overall. Maintenance is always quick, helpful, and very friendly, which I truly appreciate. The only concern I have is that the appliances are quite old, including the stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Updating the appliances would greatly improve an already wonderful living experience. I hope management will consider upgrading them in the near future.”

“Almost a year here and I have loved how well managed and resident focused this community is. Management is great, apartments are spacious, community is green, and the hot tub/coffee bar make you want to go to the clubhouse. Gym can be improved but overall fantastic experience so far.”

“Fantastic place to live. We’ve lived here about 3 years and it’s been amazing. The only reason we’re leaving is because we’re moving states. Everything has been wonderful, the staff is amazing. Everyone from the front office to maintenance are all wonderful, they take care of issues quickly and efficiently. ”

“I lived there for three years and really loved and appreciated the staff. Collette was excellent at her job and very kind. The maintenance workers were always friendly and there to fix any apartment issues. Especially Jose and Alberto (I think his name was). The pool was beautiful. The highway can cause a lot of noise pollution, but if you live towards the back side of the complex, it is not bad at all.”
